Delivery: €9.90 below €50; free from €50. Store collection is free. We confirm availability and timing with you.

Returns & complaints

Most distance purchases have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. Exceptions include goods that spoil or expire quickly and certain unsealed hygiene goods. Opening packaging does not automatically remove statutory rights for all products. Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw, identify your order and the items, and retain your notice. Defective goods can be reported separately; your statutory rights are not limited to 24 hours.

For eligible withdrawals, send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Refunds include the standard delivery charge where applicable and are due within 14 days of the withdrawal notice; we may wait for the goods or evidence of return. Contact us for return arrangements. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
